Claude beats ChatGPT 2–1 in our Photosoft design challenge. The next brief: using only the add text, shape, image, mask and filter tools in Photosoft, create an interesting design. Both agents worked directly in the editor over MCP. Left: Claude (1st). Right: ChatGPT. We think Claude wins this round, it made good use of every tool it had. Final score: Claude wins 2–1. P.S. We're building Photosoft, a photo editor that replaces Photoshop, fully on the web, with MCP built in so AI agents can work alongside designers while editing a design.
